In order to proceed with our in house financing we will need to have an Experian credit share report. This report does not determine your eligibility for the program. You are accepted and can make a payment plan no matter your credit status. This report just helps us to determine the down payment in which you qualify for.
Experian connect does charge a fee. (The fee as of November 2022 is $14.99) You will be asked for an email to share the report with. Please use documents@gaiems.com.
After you have completed the process please email me at jwebb@gaiems.com to let me know and I will look it over and get with you about your down payment option.
