Please upload your government issued picture ID (such as drivers license), your high school graduation proof such as high school diploma, GED, transcripts, or home school certificate, and your immunization records. If you do not have your high school graduation proof nor your immunization records readily available that is ok. We will need them within a month of you starting the program.
