If you made it this far then you are on the right track!!

The next step will be uploading the required documents. 

  • A copy of your drivers license or other government issued picture ID.
  • A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent. (If you do not have this readily available we will need it within a month of you starting the program)
  • A copy of your immunization records (If you were born in Georgia we may can pull them for you. Just let us know at orientation). (If you do not have this readily available we will need it within a month of you starting the program)
